Pavlov and the Julio Effect – The Conditioned Response

This course sets the framework for behavioral change and is the keystone of the True North Sales Training program.   Students will learn the “Why” of how we think and begin to understand how our brains learn.  We will learn about the ground breaking work conducted by Ivan Pavlov, a Russian Physiologist, in the area of Classic Conditioning in the late 1890s.
